Shipping , Returns & Warranty



We will do your best to keep shipping cost as low as possible.  If you have any questions or special circumstances please give us a call and we will work with you to get you the best rate possible.  This includes using your shipper number or customs broker. 

Your tracking number will be emailed to your confirmed email address, by UPS, EMS OFFROAD, USPS, or FED-EX. 
We also use the invoice number as a UPS reference number. You can use your item number to track your item on UPS.com
If you lose your tracking number and you need it to be resent to you: Send an email to info@emsoffroad.com stating your invoice number, and the name on the account.

If you are paying via paypal e-check, your item will not ship until paypal clears the check, 4-10 days.

Shipping prices are set directly by carrier not EMS Offroad! We have no control over what they charge!

There may be handling charged attached to your order. This charge will vary on each order. 99% of the order will be not be charged! Handling charges are reserved to international orders, freight orders, haz-mat or other special handling required orders.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 USD, to the lower 48 States.  There are some exclusions including but not limited to: oversized, freight, Dealer, and WD customers, special handling, and custom orders.


You may return most new, uninstalled items sold and shipped by EMS Offroad (EMS) within 30 days of receiving Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Prior to returning any items, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued. Items returned without a prior Call Tag or Returned Goods Authorization may be refused by EMS.

Some items sold by EMS are not eligible for return.

Many new, uninstalled items returned to us will be subject to a Restocking Fee, depending upon the reason for the return. Restocking fees are imposed for returns which are not caused by EMS (e.g., you changed your mind or you ordered the wrong part). Restocking fees are not imposed for returns caused by EMS (e.g., we shipped you a different part than what you ordered) Restocking fees will range from 15% to 30%, depending on the elapsed time between shipment and return.

Return of products for warranty must be pre-approved by our Sales department. Approval for return is evident by issuance of a Call Tag or Returned Goods Authorization.

For all returns (excluding warranties), items shall be returned in their original packaging.

Any item that is returned without a RGA will not be accepted.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

You may not cancel any order after the order has shipped. In addition, special orders for items not normally stocked by EMS cannot be canceled once submitted. To cancel an order for a stocked item that has not yet shipped, please contact our Sales department at 570-495-4450 to determine if order cancellation can be processed. Cancelled orders may be subject to a processing fee.
Any applicable refunds for cancelled or returned items will be processed as quickly as possible. However, actual refund timing and amounts will vary depending upon the specific situation. For returned items, the refund will depend upon the condition of the returned product when it is received by EMS; in some cases, a restocking fee and/or processing fee will be applied against any refund as well. Refunds for Warranty returns will be dependent upon the approval by the product manufacturer of all warranty claims, as well as the payment arrangement to EMS Offroad for such approved claims.

Shipping charges are non refundable. This includes the credited free shipping credit if applicable.  Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


EMS Offroad Limited (“EMS”) warrants the original retail purchaser that all EMS products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods shown herein. EMS makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. All other warranties, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. This warranty is offered provided that the EMS product has been installed and maintained in accordance with EMS instructions, and that it has not been subject to modification, accident, abnormal use or misuse. At EMS’s discretion, this warranty may be voided if installation of EMS product(s) occurs on vehicles with tires that exceed EMS Maximum Recommended Tire Size.

Upon notification of a warranty claim, EMS shall investigate the claim of defect, and, in the event of a verified defect, shall, at their sole choice, either repair the defective product or replace it.

This warranty does not cover, and EMS shall not be liable for, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, loss of revenues, or loss or damage to personal property (including loss or damage to vehicle parts due to the failure of the EMS product)*. In addition, this warranty does not cover, and EMS shall not be liable for, any undertaking, representation, or agreements made by dealers or other third parties selling EMS Offroad Limited products, except where such agreements are within the provisions of this Warranty statement. Also, this warranty does not cover damage to the axle caused by or facilitated by failure of a non-EMS component.

This agreement offers you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Shipping costs of warranty items are the responsibility of the customer.

Third Party Warranties

All warranties are made thru the manufacture, or manufacture policies.

EMS will not be liable for warranty claims made for third party items.
